Waiter / Server (full time) - Dorchester, MA - (Dorchester, MA)

Standish Village is seeking Server/Waitstaff. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Walk-in applicants are welcome. At our community, priority number 1 is the enhancement of each residents Quality of Life. We focus on the whole person, not just the treatment of their most basic physical or cognitive needs. Our method is to individualize a plan of care for each resident, providing just the right combination of services to optimize their overall well-being, independence, personal dignity and enrichment. Responsibilities Our servers will be responsible for providing a gracious and efficient dining background for all residents and guests. Servers will serve meals to residents and guests in our dining rooms, set and clear tables, and assist cooks with meal preparation and handle other tasks as assigned by the Dining Room Supervisor or Executive Chef.
