WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST ASSOCIATE (Business Process Analyst Associate) Applicant will serve as Workforce Management Analyst Associate in a Helpdesk and Contact Center environment responsible for all WFM tasks within the Fulfillment department. Essential responsibilities include forecasting and scheduling functions, as well real-time (intra-day) management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage. Prepares intraday reports on staff attendance and adherence. Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with workplace standards. Maintain running report of attendance incidents. Provide real-time monitoring and workforce management techniques to make intra-day adjustments in an effort to achieve business objectives.
