POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking Service Desk Leads at our Bossier City, LA location. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES The Service Desk Lead is responsible to: ---Provide day to day operational and administrative support to achieve performance targets --- Manage performance by coaching, developing, and mentoring teammates. --- Review and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) --- Conduct quality checks on incidents to ensure timely resolution of problems according to the SLAs
