Digital Banking Specialist - (Iowa City, IA)

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position provides support to the Digital Banking Team. Duties will include, but are not limited to processing and support of sweep accounts, Bill Payment Consolidation, business and consumer internet banking and bill pay, business and consumer mobile banking, express deposits, P2P (People Pay), FDIC-Insured Sweep Account, and Digital Banking product related disputes. Duties also include answering internal and external phone calls, and reconciling miscellaneous G.L. and deposit accounts. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES* Process new on-line banking registrations, maintenance requests, bill pay registrations, and open cases for bill pay and People Pay disputes* Open, monitor, and process cases for bill pay and People Pay disputes* Process Repo sweep file, sweep confirmations and post afternoon trades* Answer internal and external phone calls.
