PT Relationship Banker I -Ames Branch - (Iowa City, IA)

Manages a client portfolio, which includes promoting the sale of bank products and services to existing and prospective consumer/commercial customers. Processes client transactions and provides knowledgeable details on all bank products and services. Operate a teller cash drawer. CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Monitors and manages client portfolio to assess client profitability by utilizing the Call Contact System.* Opens/closes/maintains Consumer and Commercial accounts which includes checking/savings/CDs/IRAs/ Sweeps and cross sells additional products/services which includes Home Certain Mortgage Insurance, Credit Life and Disability Insurance, Debit Cards, and Safe Deposit Boxes* Underwrites Consumer Loans, formulates a sound recommendation and seeks proper approval.* Utilizes a cash drawer to process client transactions which includes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, TT payments and loan payments, issues and redeems US Savings Bonds, processes ATM deposits
