PPC & SEO Marketing Specialist - (Oklahoma City, OK)

Paycom is seeking an experienced PPC & SEO Marketing Specialist to grow with our Marketing and Communications team. You'll be expected to develop and track digital marketing efforts to generate traffic via organic rankings and improved paid search performance to ultimately increase Paycom’s on-line marketing success and lead generation efforts. You must be passionate about a variety of digital marketing work, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), email and marketing automation. We want someone with a "head for numbers" and strong statistical analysis skills. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop PPC, display and video advertising strategies to increase revenue, site traffic and conversions.
