Client Marketing Specialist - (Oklahoma City, OK)

This position reports directly to Paycom’s Client Marketing Manager and works closely with other departments, especially Paycom’s Client Relations and Training departments. They are expected to professionally represent Paycom at all times to the community, businesses and individuals with whom they have contact. Position Purpose * Help develop and implement client marketing strategies and projects designed to: * Effectively generate leads for the client relations team to sell additional Paycom products to existing customers. * Support the Client Relations department. * Improve customer retention. * Increase employee usage among client companies. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the Client Marketing Manager and Client Relations department to develop corporate marketing strategies. * Assist in the development of annual marketing plans and branding strategies. * Implement the marketing and branding strategies outlined in the plan according to schedule and budget.
