Resident Property Manager - (Little Rock, AR)

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Saddle Creek Apartment Community Elizabethtown, Kentucky Management Company seeking strong, motivated persons for a Resident Property Manager/Maintenance/Grounds Care Team (two persons) for a moderate size apartment community located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Team (two persons) must have expertise to manage day to day operations of the property including but not limited to leasing apartments, rent collection, completing required paperwork and reports in a timely manner, handling minor maintenance and repairs, cleaning and painting of apartments, and annual yard care duties. Compensation includes a rent/utility free three bedroom, 2 full bath home on site and salaries commensurate with experience. Must be willing to live on site and must be able to pass a credit and criminal experience investigation.
