Administrative Assistant - (Clinton Twp, MI)

This position is responsible for accounts receivable, customer service and day to day office duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answering Phones A++ Customer Service Creating bank deposits Collecting current and past due accounts Entering and processing credit card payments Entering payments into the Fish II database Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes. Training window cleaners on completing invoices and work orders properly. Filing all necessary paperwork. Call each residential customer one day prior to their scheduled cleaning. Quality phone checks on residential customers just cleaned Prepare formal bid proposals for potential customers Process daily work Job prospecting Maintain office appearance Requirements: Must have current knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Outlook. This position necessitates proven customer service skills. Office related skills is preferable. High-school diploma/GED required.
