Front Desk/Night Audit - (Shepherdsville, KY)

Front Desk/Night Auditor Comfort Inn Shepherdsville is seeking an immediate hire, full-time 40 hr. (third shift-11pm-7am) person for Front Desk/Night Audit. Must be able to work full-time (do not apply if you cannot work 40 hrs. per week) and feel confident and competent working in a customer service environment and during late night hours. Person must be very reliable. KEY FUNCTIONS: 1. Assist guests with check-in; enter and change reservation info on computer system; sell rooms to walk-in customers 2. Treat guests in friendly and helpful manner 3. Post fees to guest accounts; handles billing concerns with guests in a professional manner; reports any billing conflicts to accounting and/or appropriate departments. 4. Answers all incoming telephone calls and answers callers questions in a polite manner 5.. Balance shift work and cash. 6...
