Recruiter - Boston Nursing - (Woburn, MA)
A dedicated recruiter will need to do full cycle recruitment. Finding applicants that will come on board with Supplemental Health Care (SHC) and fill orders for facilities in the area is the main goal. In order to build a pipeline and obtain hires, the Dedicated Recruiter must be proficient on the following. - Source & cold call applicants from job boards, the SHC database, referrals, job posts, social media and more! - Negotiate, sell & persuade applicants that SHC is the #1 choice. - Social media proficiency is a MUST & key to success! *This position does not require any travel and is not client facing. Traits: This person needs to have a very tenacious and competitive personality and spirit. Organization Structure and Reports: This position reports to the Marketing (Branch) Manager. This role is NOT a leadership role and has no direct reports. Performance Based Job Objectives: 1. Obtain starts 100% of personal quotas need to be met on a regular basis.
