Position summary * Provide sourcing, research, and marketing ability in order to deliver high-quality applicants for our customers. * Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that includes identification of applicants through online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and position specifications to get prospective applicants excited about the opportunity.
