These positions will play an intricate part in the leadership and development of between 20-25 machine operators and shift maintenance technicians that help to produce our quality product in the safest and most efficient manner. The perfect applicant will be a self-motivated, self-directed person with a strong desire to microsoft excel at leadership; have reasonable people skills; expertise to motivate teams to meet or exceed expectations at all times; effective communication, planning, and management skills.
