Managers will work a five day work week and usually includes a weekend day off for both the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager. This restaurant group is closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving. There is an excellent bonus potential and a 401K with a match up to 5%. The base salary is depending on your background and past results. Bonus plan is excellent and last quarter bonuses for management were at their highest for both assistants and Managers.
