We offer 2 paths for our employees: 1 path is starting as a Cashier/Crew employee to learn the essentials of customer service, food preparation, and the responsibilities of maintaining a good restaurant. Working in 1 of these roles will expose you to entry level organizational skills as well. The 2nd path is starting as an Assistant Manager or an Assistant Manager Trainee learning all the supervisory tools and cost management practices needed to operate a good restaurant. You will have access to one-on-one training with an experienced Store Manager or certified Training Manager that will mentor you throughout your entire development journey.
