Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently recruiting a Senior Director of Marketing who will infuse the Marketing Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. Assignments include: 1) Develop the company’s brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plan 2) Manage strategic allocation of brand investments to meet financial targets 3) Make trade-off decisions and recommend 1st concern activities and investment based on commercial values 4) Develop pre-launch and launch marketing plans 5) Ensure suitable strategic direction is communicated to and executed by internal business partners and external agencies 6) Identify key growth opportunities and hurdles faced through market research 7) Develop appropriate action and contingency plans 8) Identify process improvements and other efficiencies and lead implementation of identified improvements
