Position: International Program Coordinator: Latin America and Spain Programs Type: Full time, Location: Seattle, Salary: DOE Start Date: As soon as possible Responsibilities: As a vital part of the NorthWest Student Exchange team, the International Program Coordinator will coordinate exchange programs of high-school exchange students (primarily from Spanish speaking countries) as well as other related duties. Assignments include: • Working with international partners, U.S. local coordinators, host families, students, and NWSE staff • Monitoring exchanges through reviewing monthly reports and communication from local coordinators and participants • Compliance with CSIET and Department of State regulations • Issue solving • Managing client and potential client communication in a friendly, helpful and professional manner • Documentation • Communicating with U.S. high-school districts to obtain exchange student admissions
