Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician - (St Joseph, MO)

Amazing opportunity with a large employer in St. Joseph, MO . You will get the opportunity to show your skills conducting routine quality inspections and proper follow up to minimize product/packaging defects, current quality control programs related to the product manufactured, processed or packaged in the assigned departments. You will also monitor critical control points and assure that products are within company quality standards. The pay is $18.00 an hour and you will work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Saturday. Responsibilities: - Responsible for assisting with in-plant testing and development of procedures leading to written quality standards that optimize realistic costs. Must become knowledgeable about all equipment used in the department, its mechanical operations, proper maintenance and effect on product. Must report actions taken and product disposition in a timely manner.
