Technical Support Specialist (Tier 2) - (Troy, MI)

TelNet Worldwide continues to grow and seeks a Technical Support Specialist (Tier 2) to join their high-performance team in either Marquette or Troy, Michigan. The Technical Support Specialist is highly motivated and customer-oriented. This position serves our customer base by providing technical support to our customers on a 1st level response platform. It is also the primary support for the service delivery team to ensure that policy and procedures are being followed. The Technical Support Specialist is the 1st responder for teammates to get additional support when necessary. The TSS will interact with customers, vendors, Professional Services, Engineering and the Sales Teammates on a daily basis. This position will work diligently to ensure the customer background is positive and that services are functioning properly. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (TIER 2).
