Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Contracts Administrator one to join our team of talented, diverse individuals located in Buffalo, NY. The applicant's management assignments include the hands-on management and supervision of 4 contract professionals supporting the Land provide guidance and consultation in all aspects and strategies of Contract Management in dealing with Request for Proposals (RFPs), proposal development and submittal, negotiations, definitization, audits, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Arrangements and Interdivision Work Orders, and Government/Customer Property. The applicant must possess the expertise to work well with others under high-stress high-volume situations, effectively interface with multiple internal functional and program organizations, and in meeting the goals/objectives of the Amherst Systems Operating Unit.
