Project Estimator Job description: Will be responsible for contacting and working with potential clients in Dickinson & adjacent counties to estimate proposed work. Responsibilities: Securing work through estimating & negotiating contracts of asphalt paving, excavating, sewer & water projects; Building rapport & engaging with customers while providing excellent customer service; Planning, scheduling & coordinating project activities; & tracking job quantities to ensure job profitability. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related position preferred OR 3yrs of estimating background Requires local travel.
