Die Service Technician - (South Charleston, OH)

. Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting experienced applicants for a Direct Hire Die Service Technician job in South Charleston, OH with 1 of our top clients. The Die Service Technician is responsible for keeping Die Cast and Molds in good running order with minimal downtime. Position requirements : Monitors production, responds to Die maintenance calls, troubleshoots Die problems, determining the corrective action needed and repairs/adjusts Die as necessary. Monitors and organizes spare part inventory, researches the availability of needed parts. Tracks downtime issues to predict necessary preventative maintenance items. Installs, rebuilds, modifies, and cleans Die parts as necessary. Performs preventative maintenance to Die to prevent unnecessary downtime. Requirements: High-school certificate or GED 1 to 2yrs background in equipment maintenance preferred. Essential skills include: welding, fabrication, basic mechanical, basic hydraulics, basic pneumatics, and basic electric.
