Attorney with 8-10 years of litigation/toxic tort experience - (Atlanta, GA)

Atlanta office of our client seeks attorney with 8-ten years of litigation background. The applicant will primarily serve in toxic tort, including asbestos and chemical products. Will serve in trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery and records review. Research and write motions on complex evidentiary, procedural and substantive legal issues in multiple depositions. Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses. Prepare and argue motions and writs. Must have active Bar license. Significant prior deposition background is required. Trial and motion background is a plus.
