Estate Planning Attorney with 8+ years of trust funding experience - (Dedham, MA)

Dedham office of our client seeks estate planning attorney with 8+ years of experience. The applicant will be meeting estate plan clients, making recommendations and securing representation. Will be preparing drafting instructions for estate plan documents for paralegals. Reviewing and editing draft estate plan documents. Meeting with clients to review and explain estate plan. Preparing trust funding instructions. Independently overseeing estate and trust administration cases. Preparing estate tax returns. Writing articles/posts for website. Speaking at community or firm sponsored events. Should have the ability and experience to meet with and advise clients about their estate plan, including using trusts for tax and asset protection planning from day one. Must have a strong tax experience with experience doing sophisticated estate planning for high-net worth clients. Should preferably have LL.M. degree.
