VTC Technician with Security Clearance - (Charlottesville, VA)

CoSolutions is currently searching for an VTC Technician. This opportunity requires a Bachelor---s Degree, U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance. This is a full time position, that requires an estimated 5% travel requirement. Must have a Security+ CE Certification. Job details: The successful candidate will provide program support to include, but not be limited to the following: --- Performs video capturing and transfers video to a media streaming server. --- Performs troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment and executes repair or initiates trouble ticket to appropriate office for support of components and connections external to the site VTC system. --- Performs routine performance testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations operate at optimal performance and capacity. --- Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolations.
