Product Surveillance Quality Associate I: Medina, NY Kelly Clinical Resources has an exciting opportunity as a Product Surveillance Quality Associate I to work for 1 of our top customers in Medina, NY. As a Product Surveillance Quality Associate placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for responsible for complaint handling activities, specifically the processing of low-risk complaints (not associated with death or serious injury). This is a 6 mon contract assignment. Responsibilities: Process low-risk (non in-depth) complaints: Collect necessary complaint details Determine reportability of a complaint and submit associated MedWatch reports within 30 days per regulations, following review by higher level specialist Evaluate complaint for need to investigate and coordinate sample retrieval Document investigation and sample evaluation results Respond to customer complaints (written or verbal), following review by higher level specialist Timely closure of complaints, as per procedure
