Office Coordinator - (Irvine, CA)

- Direct visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answer all referring inquiries - Monitor book logs - File paperwork, scan, fax documents - Assists all departments on projects as needed - Organize and schedule appointments, maintain contacts list - Order office supplies, submit and reconcile expense reports - This position is intended to last 6 mnths and the perfect applicant will be offered a higher level position within the company - Pay is up to $16 an hour - BACHELOR'S DEGREE HIGHLY PREFERRED We are an equal opportunity employer.
