Administraitive Assistant - (Tucson, AZ)

- Is visible and greets customers arriving at the Show Room / Welcome Center - Offer guest available beverages - Hands out maps / literature - Direct and instruct guest - Knowledgeable in dealership offerings, events & training - Ensure Show Room & Welcome Center area remains clean and organized - Restock any brochures or forms as needed - Helps coordinate staging and replenishment of inventory in the Show Room area - Build relationships with our Customers and all departments throughout the company - Primary data entry for customer account details and sales opportunity paperwork - Ensure security of all customer info - Return all phone and email inquiries in a timely manner - Relieve key personnel for breaks, lunch & vacation etc. - Attend all company required meetings and training - Additional responsibilities and duties as requested or required.
