A fantastic E-commerce company in Van Nuys, CA is looking for an Operations Admin to support the sales department. This position is perfect for a new graduate looking to gain more background in the operations world, or someone who is open to new industry background. This is a temp to hire position; pay is up to $18/hr. What you will be doing: • Support sales team in sustaining house accounts • Generate quote sheets, look books and • Review and process orders from large retailers • Execute EDI related functions through third party EDI providers • Order labels and price tickets, create and maintain UPC's • Monitor open orders daily • Maintain and add items to E-commerce and Amazon platforms What will make you the best fit: • Experienced in EDI is required • Background with QuickBooks is a HUGE PLUS • Computer literate in Microsoft office suite, must be proficient in Ms excel
