Process Engineer â?? Level IShrink Supply Operations (Engraving â?? Ink - - (Bardstown, KY)

General Responsibilities : Reporting to the Shrink Supply Operations Manager, the Process Engineer - Level I will troubleshoot, standardize, and train personnel in Engraving, Ink, and Extrusion departments. Identify and continuously monitor processing problems and inefficiencies as part of a predictive and corrective response plan. Sustain a clear understanding and demonstration of a balanced production and quality approach with best manufacturing practices. This position is expected to have a significant impact on improvements in overall quality including run time efficiency (RTE) and scrap reduction for the Extrusion and Rotogravure Print departments. Specific Responsibilities : Monitor, review, and acceptance approval of daily production and activities based on quality and performance data, records, and inspection; improve KPI metrics based on those results.
