Electrical Equipment Technician - (Lena, LA)

Maintenance Technician in Lena, LA (71447) Our client, a manufacturer of engineered wood products, plywood, lumber, and particleboard distributed out as building materials throughout the US is looking to expand their Wood Division at 1 of their manufacture plants in Louisiana. In this role as a Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to perform maintenance on electrical equipment used to manufacture products in the plant. You will troubleshoot and change electric motors, diagnosis chart recorders, Honeywell controllers, MTS temposonics, and various sizes of transformers as well as work with Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLC), and troubleshoot and change basic ladder logic programs to change timers, counters and integers. You will also be required to troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits that include directional, proportional and servo valves and work on different machine centers throughout the plant.
