Aerotek is currently hiring for a client in Pinellas Park, FL . Currently hiring both Customer Care Representatives and Multilingual Customer Care Representatives. Start Date: March 27th Pay: $12.00/hr-$14.50/hr Shift: Availability between Monday- Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm 9:00am-5:30pm, 10:00am-6:30pm, 11:30am-8:00pm Duration: 4 mnth Contract to Hire Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers who are inquiring about their energy bill (60-80 daily) Assist customers with questions about their account and rates they are being billed for their energy needs Educate new customers who are interested in enrolling about company services and the benefits of those features Update contact info including addresses, billing details, etc Toggle between multiple computer screens which contain details about customer account details, energy rate info, utility info
