Field Technician - (Philadelphia, PA)

TITLE: Technician – Associate Systems Engineer As a Field Technical Representative, this position is responsible to install, maintain and support IPCs suite of products, network and services as well as IPC supported OEM products. Additionally, this position is a key member of the MidAtlantic Operations team in support of all aspects of the business including Sales and technical support across the region. JOB SUMMARY OVERVIEW: Assignment may be that of dedicated on site technician whereby reporting to the customers site on a daily basis Understands and adheres to Change Management procedures for all work performed Performs installation, service and maintenance on IPC and OEM provided products and networks.
