Help Desk Analyst - (Canonsburg, PA)
Client's Help Desk supports around 2000 employees nationwide. They will take 30 to 40 calls/emails a day. They will support employees by troubleshooting over the phone and using remote tools when necessary. Right now, they're deploying Windows ten and need the proper support to manage this big of a deployment; this will be a 3yr project. This person needs the following: - Removing virus infections from PCs - Strong customer service skills/soft-skills - Use of corporate ticketing system (ServiceNow) - Windows seven background (if they have Windows 10, huge plus) - Installing printers - Remote tools (Dameware or others) - Active Directory background/adding & deleting users - Expertise to help users and explain processes or software to them - Expertise to multitask working both phones and email queue - Account creation and modifications - Office 2010 background - VPN background - Must be prompt & on time - Able to install software About TEKsystems:
