UCM Help Desk I Position description Harrisburg based statewide association ( www.pacounties.org ) seeks a UCM Help Desk I to support the Unified Case Management Program. This position provides customer service and support to the Unified Case Management Program used by Counties across the state of Pennsylvania. This person will be expected to provide phone, live chat and remote support to troubleshoot the application, use CRM and Team Foundation Server ticketing systems to open/close tickets, collaborate together with the implementation team and escalate problems appropriately. The UCM Help Desk I performs most work with moderate supervision. The standard office hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Software release schedules and project deadlines may result in limited extra work hours. CCAP is an EEO Employer. Experience investigation is required.
