Trainer - (Manitowoc, WI)

Shift: first Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Trainer at a company in Manitowoc, WI. This is a direct hire position for first shift. Assignments include but are not limited to: - Develop curriculum and deliver training and educational programs to employees - Work with management to analyze employee training needed and research and recommend training courses - Monitor effectiveness of training - Coordinate Train the Trainer training and oversee training program - Maintain training records and complete training reports Benefits: - A Competitive and complete benefits plan offered by client company.
