VP, Market Lead - (Woodbridge, VA)

Essential job functions In an operational role, provides effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all COMPANY programs, and developing a broad and deep knowledge of all COMPANY products and services as they relate to Federal Government Civil Agencies. Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization in business. Address the needs of current projects (client concerns, revenue enhancements staffing issues, structuring of agreements, etc.) Ensure project success and resolution of project obstacles including client push-back as warranted. Responsible for profit/loss for Market projects Manage and cultivate existing and perspective relationships with clients to secure and expand recurring revenue streams. Support Business Development reports and presentations. Develop and create strategies and policies for Civil market growth that are aligned with organizational goals and targets.
