Job DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time Paralegal for a client's office in St Paul, MN. This position would be 2-3 mons in length and part-time approx twenty hours per week but could occasionally be more. Responsibilities:Conduct research to support legal proceedingsAssist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documentsInvestigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputesMonitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record and store client details---Requirements:Previous background as a paralegal or other legal fieldFamiliarity with legal researchAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and spoken communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedFour-year degree or paralegal certificate preferredExperience with Word and ExcelAbility to work effectively and interact in a positive manner with clients
