Admin/Inventory Specialist - (Pendergrass, GA)

Shift: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pay level: $15 Position description: This position provides support to management in creating order sheets for pickers, managing office activities, and documentation. This position has room for growth; typically this position progresses forward into a logistics/inventory analyst position, and then can go on further to the position of team resource manager. Job responsibilities: Processing inventory reconciliation Handling the operations floor in the absence of team manager Reconciling production orders with completed products inventory in compliance with quality assurance policies Coordinating shipments from loading areas to packers, and vice versa Updating and tracking daily production Issuance of order sheets for starting jobs on the production floor Guiding fork lift drivers for picking parts
