QA Tech - (Walworth, WI)

This position will be predominately working on quality paperwork, such as procedures, revision numbers, and any and all other quality documentation. It is not a lab role. They will periodically conduct environmental and sanitation swabs, air plating, and possibly using a GC for testing when needed, but in a majority of their day they will go to all departments of the company verify paperwork with the managers, take document change sheets, revision logs, food safety program details and then enter info into their database. Most of their day is spent in the office, which is attached to the lab. They will have times throughout the day where they are called somewhere in the facility to peform QA Checks ( 1-2 times/day), but will be in the office besides that. This position will not require being in production performing audits, but will need to have someone that is comfortable communicating will all levels of employees at the facility.
