Customer Service/ Front Desk - (Pascagoula, MS)

Aerotek is working with a company in Moss Point, MS who is seeking an Front Desk professional. Must Haves: -Administrative office background or Customer Service Representative background -Proficient in Ms word, Ms excel, Outlook -Superior written and verbal communication -Strong phone etiquette Plus: -Prior Title Background -Knowledgeable about title and salvage title qualifications Day to Day: Answering phones, greeting visitors, copying titles, pulling accounts and looking up balances for each customer (Typically a dealer or auto mechanic). Phone calls may be from dealers, scrap metal buyers or mechanics, these phone calls will begin and end with this applicant. Working with walk in customers as well as phone customers.
