Full-time-Contract To hire Opportunity! Great and growing opportunity with 1 of our clients in Hoffman Estates. Multi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement. -Greet Dealers and visitors of the office -Answer inbound phone calls and transfer calls to the correct department -Provide excellent face to face customer service with dealers attending the auction -Provide administrative duties including: typing, telephones, filing, faxing, etc -Ensure that the front desk and main office areas are neat and maintained at all times -Handle misc. projects in the office -Directly support the General manager About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
