Executive Assistant $15-17/hr - (Sioux Falls, SD)

Looking for upbeat and professional Executive Assistant to assist President of the Company with administrative duties such as: -Scanning, Filing, faxing, and copying documents -Will encrypt documents and help to develop financial reports -Prepare and send daily and weekly reports and documents -Answer and route incoming phone calls from clients -Restocking of office supplies when needed -Organize and manage Presidents meetings and assist with team-based social events -Coordinate group lunches -Assist in meeting prep with the President -Inputting and maintaining appointments to Presidents office and personal calendar -Assist with accounts payable and receivable -Data entry of bank statements into QuickBooks -Also will assist with reconciliation of bank statements Qualifications: -Associates or Bachelors degree in related position (Business Administration , Accounting or Finance). -2 yrs background being an executive assistant, admin assistance or office manager.
