Their culture revolves around taking care of their clients and their coworkers- they value customer service and a team-based environment. There are only a few offices and most people work in open cubicles. There are 40 people in the office and it is in a tremendous growth phase due to consolidating multiple locations. MUST: -Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an licensed institution with emphasis or at least a passion in structural engineering. -Successfully passed or scheduled to take the FE exam PLUS: EIT Background in the field of pre-engineered metal building systems Background with MBS design software After extensive training: Perform work which involves design calculations for metal building structures and other structural features. Be able to design low to mid complexity jobs with accuracy and within time frames consistent with position expectations.
