Description WIS International, a premier global inventory and merchandising provider, seeks full time and part time, entry-level retail Area Recruiters to join our team. Interviewing, hiring, training, planning and organizing background is a plus! Our business is growing and we need several new Area Recruiters to service our high profile retail clients! Our Recruiters present the 1st view into the culture of our organization and we want enthusiastic and positive recruiters to share with candidates all of the fantastic benefits of being on a WIS team! POSITION DETAILS: Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our candidates. Access local/community sources to ensure sufficient candidates to meet staffing goals. Review applications, screen and interview Inventory Counters with enthusiasm while complying with all legal qualifications. Accurately and timely process all candidates/hires in our Candidate Tracking System and Onboarding systems.
