Position details: -Process new hires, transfer/promotions and terminations and enters and compiles data in our HRIS system -Maintain employee files and protect confidentiality -Be available to employees for questions regarding position, benefits and other personnel matters -Manages complaints and grievances and follows appropriate policy -Manage enrollment in benefits and other employee programs -Maintain job postings and oversee recruiting and hiring -Oversee workers compensation claims, unemployment filing and related procedures -Manage orientations and training -Ensure compliance with various policy and state and federal laws About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
