Aircraft Parts Mechanic / Assembler - (Van Nuys, CA)

A growing international aerospace company is seeking a qualified aircraft repair and overhaul (RO) technician for the Van Nuys, CA location. The aircraft mechanic will perform visual inspection, disassembling, cleaning, repairs, overhaul and reassembling of aircraft parts in a back shop / overhaul and repair environment. The most qualified applicant will have 2 (2)+ years of aircraft parts repair and overhaul (RO) or related aircraft parts assembly or dis-assembly background, background performing tear down and repair of aircraft engines or aircraft maintenance background. An Airframe and Powerplant (AP) license is preferred but not required for consideration. Other related experience may also be considered including tear down, overhaul and repair of automotive parts and components in combination with aerospace background or aviation training.
