Prepare and plate salads, sandwiches, and entrees to order according to recipe, portion guides, and quality standards. Uphold service and product standards on a consistent basis. Required: High-school degree/GED or equivalent combination of education and requirements required. Three Years of food service production requirements required. An equivalent combination of culinary education and related food service experience will be considered. Supervisory requirements required. Stable work history or education history. ServSafe certified or expertise to obtain certification with university assistance within 1yr of beginning employment.
