We currently have a full-time opening for a Collections Agent. If you have the expertise to provide a high-level of customer service to our internal and external members and have knowledge of collection procedures and laws, we would like to hear from you. COLLECTIONS AGENT PRIMARY FUNCTION: You will perform collections activities associated with delinquent accounts and other collection based activities, including but not limited to determining probable cause of delinquency and various methods of contact and communication with members to resolve delinquencies. As well as, communicating with credit union staff. COLLECTIONS AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
