Participant Accounting Customer Representative - (La Crosse, WI)

This position will be responsible for accurately posting and balancing financial transactions as well as serve as a contact for our plan participants. A positive attitude, excellent math skills, issue solving, as well as good organizational, friendly customer service and communication expertise are required. We hire for attitude and will provide the necessary training. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully respond to incoming phone calls from retirement program participants Posting and balancing of financial transactions: income, contributions, charges, loans and distributions. Monitor and follow daily processing deadlines for all transactions Print and mail confirmation letters Participate in on-going training to gain comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION & SKILL QUALIFICATIONS: 2yr Accounting Degree or comparable experience experience. Excellent math skills Excellent organizational, analytic, and written/verbal communications skills
